Groundworks around a new modular building at St Andrews on the Somerset coast: site strip, drainage, kerbing and sub-base, and now a second phase trenching and ducting new services across the site. This page is a running diary — we add to it as the job moves on.
Back on site for round two: saw-cutting and marking out across the tarmac, breaking out with the mini excavator and laying new ducting through a safely barriered trench run outside the classrooms.
The first phase: stripping the site, installing drainage and setting kerbs and sub-base around the new modular building.
